We were pleasantly surprised by Croft’s consultative approach because we’re used to aggressive sales tactics… Their relaxed yet timely responses were a breath of fresh air. Croft first looked at our whole estate and worked with us to identify improvements to processes and also identify cost savings. It’s not a supplier/buyer relationship, it’s a partnership and we look forward to working with Croft for many years to come.

Our legacy system worked well but there were two improvements we really wanted to make. Our staff needed the system to have the flexibility to be able to switch locations and still have the accessibility they would have when in the office. Our call charges were also another issue highlighted, and working with Croft to introduce SIP trunks significantly reduced our network services outlay.

If that’s not enough… after I posted on here a few weeks back about having issues with my camera dropping out on Zoom, they spotted it! Then arranged for an engineer to call me to help – without me even needing to ask. It doesn’t get better than that!
