We had an issue with our main office router where it had decided it would breakdown and stop working. I called up our account manager straight away and within 20 mins he had managed to check to see if the product was still in warranty (which it wasn’t unfortunately) and then provide me with the best options going forward. Lee then managed to source an alternative router at a reasonable price and get it sent out within 48hrs.

After working with several IT support and telecoms partners that continually blamed each other or passed me from pillar to post, I came across Croft.

After speaking with them and venting my frustrations, they came up with an integrated plan that is being rolled out across a large estate and stately home. It has been wonderful working with an innovative partner who actually does think out the box and in the clouds.

The on-hand support and service are fantastic - the first time an IT company actually phoned me to tell me there was a problem with our connectivity and didn’t ask me to turn it off and on again but actually explained the reasons behind the problem and how they were going to fix it.

What a wonderful job Croft did on upgrading our broadband and office phone system.

Peter was instrumental in setting everything up initially which he did with efficiency and professionalism. This continued right the way through up to the phone call to check everything was up and running.

Tim was also extremely helpful and was so patient with the hundred and one questions we had for him and the numerous phone calls and emails. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him. He was also very good at deciphering what I was trying to tell him about our complicated set up here (without visiting site). When things didn’t initially work on the porting day, he came up with an interim solution and then sorted out for an engineer (who was also exceptional) to come along to re-wire and re-position the fibre broadband box.
