Steve's Journey at Croft
It’s been 18 months since I joined Croft as a Sales Executive and in that time I feel that I have made great progress in my career. In particular, the support I have had from everyone at the company, from Senior Management down, has made me feel very much part of a great team despite working remotely for much of the time.
Having just been promoted to an Account Director, I am looking forward to the opportunity to manage more of our larger clients. It’s a sign of Croft’s trust in me, and I know I will be supported in the role: I feel I can reach out and ask for advice from everyone in the company no matter what their position, and we all pitch in to make sure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.
That aside, what really makes Croft such a great company to work for is the people. Away from the work side we have plenty of organised events that bring us all together as a team and give us the chance to meet our colleagues on a regular basis.
