The staff were happy using Mitel technology from the outset. The only thing I regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! Mitel and Croft solutions are very responsive and I would highly recommend them.

Our legacy system worked well but there were two improvements we really wanted to make. Our staff needed the system to have the flexibility to be able to switch locations and still have the accessibility they would have when in the office. Our call charges were also another issue highlighted, and working with Croft to introduce SIP trunks significantly reduced our network services outlay.
