Our legacy system worked well but there were two improvements we really wanted to make. Our staff needed the system to have the flexibility to be able to switch locations and still have the accessibility they would have when in the office. Our call charges were also another issue highlighted, and working with Croft to introduce SIP trunks significantly reduced our network services outlay.

If that’s not enough… after I posted on here a few weeks back about having issues with my camera dropping out on Zoom, they spotted it! Then arranged for an engineer to call me to help – without me even needing to ask. It doesn’t get better than that!
